Mrs. Draves
Mrs. Draves started working at Valor in the front office in May 2018, but she has been a part of the Valor family (and previously Coast Christian) since 2005. Mrs. Draves brings a myriad of work experience in product/project management from Avery Dennison, Neutrogena, and United Exchange Corporation, as well financial audit experience from First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo). From 1994-2014, Mrs. Draves also served as the CFO on the board of directors for Harvest Home, Inc. Prior to employment at Valor, Mrs. Draves volunteered in many different capacities: Young At Art Chair, PTF Board member, Cub Scout Coordinator (with her husband Bob), Lunch Attendant, and Room Parent. Mrs. Draves also loves to teach at the middle school level and is currently teaching the Personal Finance and Computer Literacy electives. She previously taught 7th grade history. Mrs. Draves received her B.A. from Rice University in Economics and Managerial Studies and her MBA from USC with an emphasis in marketing. She has been married to her husband Bob for 25 years and their sons, Nathan (Class of’13), Neal (Class of ’15), and Ian (Class of ’18), are all Valor alumni. What Mrs. Draves loves most about working at Valor is being around such great students!
