Jesse Posner started working at Valor in 2022. He served in the military for 13 years. During that time, he went on multiple deployments and has been stationed all around the world. Jesse received his bachelor’s degree in Theology with a minor in Christian Counseling at Liberty University and has been sharing, discipling, evangelizing, and teaching Bible for over 10 years. He uses his experience from the military, as well as from being an executive director and Pastor in a Christian nonprofit organization, and a Valor Parent to provide high-quality services to all families and promotes the school’s mission of building up courageous leaders. He has a passion for teaching and leading those he encounters to Jesus. He is an author and a life group leader alongside his wife at their church and teaches biblical studies and apologetics at Restoration Life University. He enjoys reading, writing books, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching movies and being a soccer/volleyball dad. 

What Jesse enjoys the most about working at Valor is discipling the youth that attends this amazing school. He believes that all followers of Christ should be ready and prepared to give a defense for the hope they have in Jesus Christ, as well as have an amazing education. This is what Valor does, and he gets to partner in the process.
