Valor Christian Academy welcomes students from around the world to participate in our dynamic campus life through our International Students Program.

As an International Students attending Valor Christian Academy, you receive an uncompromising Christian education devoted to academic excellence in a family-friendly, safe, and nurturing environment. You attend all core and elective courses and are invited to join in our various extra-curricular activities, including after school programs for all ages and sports teams for middle school. If you are an English Language Learner, you will experience full language immersion in our classes, while receiving individualized attention and assistance in our ESL program. 

We are located in the South Bay city of Redondo Beach, an ideal location to study, have fun in the Southern California sun, and make new friends. International Student Application & Enrollment Process

Meet with Admissions Director

  • Contact our Admissions Director to discuss the I-20 process and required paperwork.

Application

  • Complete our Online Application.
    • This application includes a Teacher Recommendation (emailed to a current teacher), as well as uploading the following:
      • Standardized Test Results (past 2 years if applicable)
      • Report Cards (past 2 years if applicable)
      • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Complete our Entrance Assessment and Family Interview with our principal. Please contact our Admissions Director to schedule an appointment.

Enrollment

  • Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with instructions for our Online Enrollment, which takes place within our school management system, FACTS SIS.
    • To complete Online Enrollment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable Enrollment Fee, which is 5% of tuition plus processing fees.
    • The 5% of tuition portion of the Enrollment Fee is applied to your total tuition.
  • The following items are required before the start of school:
    • Report of Health Examination, signed by your child’s doctor
    • Immunization Record in compliance with California legal requirements
    • Entrance Assessment & Family Interview (if not completed prior to Enrollment)
