All Valor students in TK-8th grade participate in P.E. based on the following schedule:
- TK-K: once per week
- 1st-5th grade: twice per week
- 6th-8th grade: five days per week
All P.E. classes are taught by our Athletic Director.
In addition to P.E., our middle school students have the opportunity to participate in our after-school, intermural sports program.
The purpose of our sports program at Valor Christian Academy is to foster physical development and athletic skills while teaching the value of personal discipline, character, and commitment to the higher goal of team achievement.
We believe that all athletes can and should compete at the highest level in a way that honorably represents Christ and Valor Christian Academy, on and off the playing field.
Valor believes that life lessons learned from sports and teamwork can help lay the foundation for our students’ academic and occupational futures.
Valor Christian Academy is dedicated to providing ethical and quality coaching to all Valor athletes.
Valor Christian Academy is a Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) affiliated school. Through lunchtime “huddles,” Valor student-athletes learn to apply biblical principles, adopting FCA’s philosophy of “impacting the world for Christ through sports.”
